Being in the Liminal Space

I have taken a leap, I have fallen, I have been disheartened and I've struggled to see where the finish line is. I have been challenged, I have felt out of my comfort zone and I have sometimes not known the direction I am going in. I have been in the liminal space on many occasions in the last few months, but I have also realised what a wonderful space it is. I can see that when things got hard, I have picked myself up, when I've been unsure, I've risen to meet the challenges placed before me. I have become more confident in my own abilities along the way and I have achieved new learning. What a wonderful space the liminal has been. Let us be aware as we lead our students into the Liminal Space, that we are there beside them helping them overcome their difficulties and ultimately leading them to their full potential.
